Refund Policy
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers are allowed to raise a cancellation request if they wish to cancel the order only within the first 24hrs after placing the order.
Steps to Raise a Cancellation request:

Step 2: Click on Orders
Step 3: Select the order which you want to cancel. And click the Cancel button which there below “Actions” column.

A minimal pickup fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your order value.
Refunds are provided as Store Credit, valid for 1 year.
Sale items under ₹799/- are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
All garments must have their original tags attached.
Items with stains, marks, or visible damage will not be accepted for return.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
You are eligible for an exchange within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
A minimal pickup fee of ₹99 will be charged for exchanges. This needs to be paid via any UPI method to the number provided.
After the 7-day period, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Sale items under ₹799/- are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Exchange items will be dispatched only after we receive your items in our warehouse and our team has completed the quality check.
All garments must have their original tags attached.
If any garment has stains, marks, or visible damage, the order will not be entertained for exchanges.
